Choose to stay in a Villanova mobile home or a supertent depending on your personal choice and your holiday budget. The Villanova is just like a home from home and sleeps 7. It comes equipped with a lounge/dining area, bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a kitchen with all the mod cons. You can take a 360 degree tour of the mobile home online so you can get a good look at it before you book. We are sure you will be an impressed as we were. Alternatively you can stay in a Supertent which sleeps 6. The Supertent comes with a kitchen, storage units and a fridge.
As for days out close to the park you will be spoiled for choice. A great place to take the kids is Happyland which is one of the best leisure parks in Switzerland. The highlight of the park is a gigantic roller coaster and there is also a summer toboggan run and speedboats for hire.
For a more relaxing day out head for the large thermal baths at Leukerbad. Locally you will find a wine museum to visit too and you take a guided tour to find out more about it. If you like history then a day out at Stockalper Castle is for you. This is one of the most significant buildings in Switzerland.
